Consular and embassy legalisation
Countries that are not party to the Apostille Convention ask for a legalisation chain instead: first a ministry, then the embassy or consulate of the destination country. Each authority has its own forms, fees and delays. We manage the chain from start to finish.

How the legalisation chain works
The signature of the issuing authority is first verified, then the ministry legalises the document, and finally the embassy or consulate of the destination country adds its own legalisation. Some countries also require a translation into their official language, legalised in turn.
Personal and commercial documents
We legalise personal documents such as diplomas and civil status records for work permits, marriages or residence abroad, and commercial documents such as articles of association, invoices, certificates of origin and powers of attorney for exports and foreign subsidiaries.
