Frequent questions
Do you need a power of attorney?
For some documents, yes. Criminal records and certain civil status records can only be requested by the person concerned or with their written authorisation. We prepare the form for you to sign.
Which countries do you cover?
All EU countries and many others. Tell us the country and the document, and we confirm feasibility and timing in the quote.
Can the document be sent directly to the authority?
In some cases, yes. We can also send it to you, your lawyer or your notary.
