When you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, phone number if provided, your message and any documents you attach. Documents may contain sensitive data, such as civil status or criminal record information.

Purposes and legal basis

We use this data to answer your request, prepare a quote and, if you accept it, carry out the service (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Sensitive data is processed only as needed for the service you request.

Recipients

Your data is accessible only to our staff and to the translators, interpreters or partners working on your file, who are bound by confidentiality. Emails are handled by our email provider, Google Workspace. The website is hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland, a country recognised by the European Commission as providing adequate protection.

Retention

Requests that do not lead to an order are deleted after 12 months at most. Order files are kept for the period required by accounting and legal obligations.

Cookies

This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies and no analytics tools.

You may access, correct or erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, and request portability, by writing to info@abc-office.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD) in Luxembourg.
